Welcome to Tech Runway Conf 2024! Our conference is a space for collaboration, innovation, and inspiration. To ensure an inclusive and supportive environment for all, we ask that every attendee, speaker, sponsor, and volunteer commit to our Code of Conduct. Together, we can create a safe, respectful, and empowering experience for everyone.

Our Commitment to Inclusivity

To ensure this, we have a zero-tolerance policy for behaviors that undermine the safety or well-being of others.   • Religion (or Lack Thereof)
  • Technology Choices
  • Life Experiences
  • Other Defining Characteristics
  • Hateful Speech: Racial, religious, or ethnic slurs; derogatory jokes; or discriminatory language of any kind.
  • Sexual Content: Displaying sexually explicit images or sharing inappropriate materials in public or online spaces, including presentations, workshops, and social media.
  • Committing any unlawful act or engaging in any offensive behavior
  • Intimidation and Threats
  • Deliberate Intimidation: Any intentional behavior aimed at making another individual feel threatened, unsafe, or unwelcome.
  • Stalking or Following: Any form of persistent unwanted contact or pursuit of another attendee.
  • Invasion of Privacy
  • Harassing Photography or Recording: Capturing photos, videos, or audio of individuals without their consent.
  • Unauthorized Sharing: Publicly sharing private or personal information about another attendee without their explicit permission.
  • Disruption and Disorder
  • Sustained Disruption: Interrupting talks, panels, workshops, or any scheduled event in a way that disturbs speakers or attendees.
  • Inappropriate Behavior: Engaging in actions that detract from the experience of other participants.
  • Physical Misconduct
  • Inappropriate Physical Contact: Unwelcome touching, grabbing, or other forms of physical interaction without consent.
  • Unwelcome Sexual Attention: Flirting, advances, or any sexual comments that make others uncomfortable.
  • Appearance and Dress
  • Inappropriate Attire: Wearing clothing that is overly provocative, offensive, or unsuitable for a professional environment.
